    Before you place an order for a headstone, it's important to speak with your cemetery to ensure everything goes smoothly. A quick call can help prevent delays and added costs. Use the questions below as a guide during your conversation:

  2. Can you provide a headstone size not shown on this site required by my cemetery?

    While we offer the most commonly accepted headstone sizes used in cemeteries across the country, some locations have unique requirements not listed on our website.


    No matter the size or style, we can create a custom headstone that meets your cemetery's exact specifications.

  3. Are you able to help coordinate delivery & installation with my cemetery? 

    We are always glad to assist with any cemetery or funeral home in the U.S. or Canada. To ensure clear and reliable communication, we work with them exclusively by email or fax.

    While we’re happy to answer your questions by phone, please note that we do not place calls to cemeteries or funeral homes. If a cemetery or funeral home has inquiries, we will gladly respond—again, only through email or fax.

    Please also note that approval, fees, and installation remain the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide cemetery approval services, installation, or installer coordination under any circumstances.


  4. Will my headstone's final appearance resemble the one I designed on your website? 

    Once your order is placed, our graphic design team will create a detailed layout proof
    that reflects the design you created using our Design Tool.


    You’ll receive this proof by email. Before we begin production, it’s important that you carefully review the layout and confirm that everything looks correct.


    If you need any small changes or revisions, simply reply to the email with your requests.
    We’ll make the updates and send you a revised draft for approval.


    Nothing moves forward until you’re completely satisfied. It’s that easy.

  5. How soon will I get my headstone?

    Most orders ship within 2 weeks after we receive both your payment and approval of the emailed layout proof.


    That’s right — we ship faster than anyone else, and it’s included at no extra cost.


    Important: While we work hard to meet our production timelines, we do not guarantee specific shipment or delivery dates under any circumstances.


    Need it even faster? We offer RUSH processing with 1-week production for an additional fee, plus any applicable expedited shipping costs.

  6. Do you offer photos for my headstone?

    We use state-of-the-art technology to enhance and prepare your photo for engraving,
    reimagining it for the best possible result on stone.


    However, as much as we strive to improve every image, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility
    to provide a high-quality photo from the start.


    For the best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution image—ideally 300 DPI or higher.

  7. Where should my headstone be shipped to? 

    We can ship anywhere in the world, with the most common delivery location being your local cemetery.
    We're happy to assist in coordinating the delivery to ensure everything goes smoothly.


    All orders within the contiguous 48 U.S. states include free shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL commercial freight for larger monuments.
