Important Information About Our Services

Citizen Memorials does not sell, arrange, or provide installation services.

We’re here to support your memorial needs across the U.S. and Canada, but communication with cemeteries and funeral homes is handled only by email or fax. While you’re welcome to call us with your questions, we do not make phone calls to cemeteries or funeral homes. If they need clarification, they can contact us directly—again, only through email or fax.

All matters of approval, cemetery fees, and installation rest entirely with the customer. We do not offer cemetery approval, installation, or installer coordination under any circumstances.

Installation Policy

None of the products listed on our website include installation performed by us. We will never accept payment for installation. This process is always best managed by your local cemetery or installer — no exceptions.

Our role is to make things as smooth as possible for you and to ensure the product you receive is of the highest quality.

Layout Proof Approval

To safeguard your order, every headstone must be approved by you before it goes into production. Once you place your order, a layout proof is sent to the email address you provided.

  • No order will be produced or shipped until you explicitly approve the proof by email.
  • No exceptions.
  • This policy exists to protect both you and your order.

Cemetery Acceptance

We ship memorials daily across North America and design them to meet common cemetery requirements. However, it is your sole responsibility to confirm acceptance with your cemetery before making a purchase and before signing your layout proof.

  • If a cemetery rejects a headstone, Citizen Memorials is not liable.
  • We cannot issue replacements, refunds, or credits for rejected headstones.
  • No exceptions.
