What the Guarantee Covers
All our memorials are made from 100% pure granite — never marble or materials that may fade or deteriorate. We never use artificial dyes or coloring agents. Every headstone is individually inspected and guaranteed for:
- —Granite color: Natural granite color is guaranteed for life. We guarantee the uniformity, shape, and finish of every stone as it left our facility.
- —Laser-engraved photos: Portrait and photographic engravings are guaranteed against fading, lifting, or deterioration caused by natural causes.
- —Laser-engraved text: All names, dates, epitaphs, and inscriptions are guaranteed to remain legible and intact for the life of the stone.
If any defect arises from natural causes — cracks, discoloration, flaking, or similar deterioration — we will replace your headstone. We 100% cover every single aspect of the stone itself and will gladly make it right should any issue arise.
How the Process Works
Our guarantee begins before the stone is even cut. Here's how we protect your order at every stage:

Design proof before production
To guarantee that everything is produced exactly as you ordered, we provide a detailed layout proof before any work begins — at no charge. If anything needs changing, let us know and we'll revise until you're satisfied. We must have your signed approval before producing or shipping your order.

Pre-shipment photo documentation
Before your headstone leaves our facility, we photograph it and send that photo to you alongside your tracking information. This documents the condition of your memorial at the time of dispatch. Should any damage occur in transit, this record allows us to file a claim with the carrier immediately.

Transit insurance
Every headstone ships fully insured for 100% of the purchase price. If your memorial is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it — no questions asked.

Lifetime defect coverage
Once delivered, the lifetime guarantee activates. If a defect from natural causes ever appears — a crack, discoloration, flaking — contact us and we will arrange a replacement. The guarantee is valid in perpetuity for the original purchaser and their heirs.
What Is Not Covered
We believe in being straightforward about what is and isn't included. The lifetime guarantee does not cover:
- —Damage from vandalism, theft, or actions of third parties
- —Acts of God or other causes outside our control
- —Vases, ceramic photos, or paint applied to any order
- —Installation, cleaning, or maintenance services
- —Any fees charged by you, a cemetery, or a third party for the above
